Emerald offer Plate Filter Press' in various sizes and plate configurations for your applications
The std industry sizes are 1.0m, 1.3m, 1.5m and 2.0m with up to 200 plates and various chamber sizes. Each application is unique with material, feed and silt rates which is why Emerald provide a custom approach to each and every application
The Plate Press is configured to include the following options to improve filtration cycles and reduce maintenance:

Cloth wash system which extends the life of your filter cloths and provides excellent filtration during each cycle

Core Blow which removes any build up of material sitting in the feed well of the plates to ensure a dry cake is produced

Romote Login which allows access to control system for quick and easy diagnostics
Options such as Robotic cloth wash, Plate extensions, High Pressure filtration pumps, Enclosures, Drop doors are also available
